An exceptional pair of lamps by Laurel, circa 1960s. Fabulous cast metal sculpture in brass plate atop a cast metal plinth finished in black lacquer. Substantial, beautifully made pieces. Absolutely sublime! Excellent restored condition. The lamps have been rewired using clear cord, new three-way socket with brass turn switch. The sculptures have been re-plated and the cast plinth bases have been re-lacquered. Brass with wonderful patina. Complete with new silk shades (Color: Sand; size: 17″ x 18″ x 12″ high) and new Lucite/brass cylinder finials. Width and depth noted are per the base, the height noted is to the top of the finial.
