An incredibly rare pair of restored sofa frames by the Great Henry Olko for his Willow and Reed firm, circa 1978. These stunning examples are from Olko’s boutique “Breille” series. Expertly crafted Rattan construction with a airy and fluid silhouette. This particular seating series displays all of the design characteristics that makes this gifted Artist’s work so memorable and special. An accomplished formally trained architect with a Master’s degree from MIT, Mr. Olko was never satisfied with the ordinary; he routinely reached to achieve the spectacular.
