A fabulous pair of vintage hand lacquered cubes on a black lacquer plinth. Heavy solid hardwood construction. Exquisite jewelry! These unusual pieces are unmarked, but were acquired with a matching console table (available in a separate post) labeled “Baker.” The lacquer technique and construction are consistent with the boutique Italian Allesandro for Baker production, circa 1980. The pair may serve as drink tables or end tables. Used side by side, the pieces will also act as a dramatic coffee table. Excellent restored condition. The cubes have been professionally cleaned and re-lacquered. The price listed is for the pair.
