Exceptionally conceived and crafted rattan and hardwood construction with a magnificent back detail. Stout, rigid and comfortable, built for heavy regular use. These pieces were likely commissioned for an incredible hotel or resort. Unique breathtaking art designed to anchor an important dining room. The unmistakable look of pre-Castro Cuba. EXCELLENT RESTORED CONDITION. The chairs have been professionally cleaned and re-lacquered; the finish radiates a stunning warmth, depth and luster. The rattan has aged to absolute perfection.
