An absolutely jaw-dropping pair of vintage lamps. Individual cut brass pieces (brass on one side, cream enamel on the other) tension loaded on a brass rod, creating two stacked spheres. Mounted on a handsome Walnut plinth. The exceptional craftsmanship is unmistakable. Sublime jewelry ! While the pieces are unmarked, they are reminiscent of Italian lamp production of the early 1970s. Excellent Restored Condition. Brass with wonderful patina. Rewired using clear cord, new brass 3-way sockets with brass turn switch. Complete with new silk shades (color: Sand; size: 17 inches x 18 inches x 12 inches high ) and new Lucite/brass cylinder finials. Width and depth noted are per the base, the height noted is to the top of the finial. The price listed is for the pair.
