A stunning pair of large-scale lamps by Laurel Lamp Company, circa 1970. Handsome architectural form executed in solid walnut with brass accents, atop a solid walnut plinth. Mellowed to absolute perfection. Exquisite jewelry! Excellent restored condition. The walnut has been professionally cleaned and re-lacquered; the finish demonstrates a fabulous warmth, depth and luster. Brass with beautiful patina. Rewired using silk cord; new brass three-way sockets with brass turn switch. Complete with new neutral linen shades (color: Stone; size: 17″ x 18″ x 12″ high) and custom solid brass finials. Width and depth noted are per the base, the height noted is to the top of the finial. The original socket (since replaced) bore the label “Laurel Lamp Company”. The price listed is for the pair.
