A spectacular pair of large-scale vintage lamps by Fortune Lamp Company, circa 1961. Cream ceramic vessels with fabulous gold detail which portrays the look of genuine forged brass. Remarkable design and craftsmanship. This small boutique lighting firm produced some of the finest, most decorative lamps of the late 1950s and early 1960s. Exquisite jewelry! Excellent restored condition. Rewired using clear cord; new brass 3-way sockets with brass turn switch. Complete with new neutral linen shades (size: 16″ x 20″ x 12.5″ high) and solid brass finials. The lamps are 14″ in diameter at the widest point. Retains the Maker mark. Diameter noted is per the base, the height noted is to the top of the finial. The price listed is for the pair.
