An incredible room-defining set of eight (8) sculptural dining chairs. Stout, expertly crafted rattan and mahogany construction with a fabulous scallop detail accenting the back. Design, weight and quality that is beyond fabulous. Dramatic, comfortable pieces intended for heavy regular use. Exquisite statement pieces that will serve as an anchor for an important dining room. The arm height is 26 inches. The chairs are 24 inches wide at the back and 21.5 inches wide at the seat. Width noted in the details below is per the back. Excellent restored condition. The chairs have been professionally cleaned and re-lacquered, the finish demonstrates a beautiful tone, depth and luster. All cane accent bindings are intact and complete. The seats are upholstered in an older, yet clean and presentable fabric. While the chairs are unmarked, the design and craftsmanship are consistent with the Peter Rocchia for Wicker Works production of the mid-1990s. The price listed is for the set of eight (8).
