A stellar set of eight (8) fabulous examples from an impossible to find series of dining chairs by Michael Taylor for Baker Furniture, circa 1960. ALL ARMS. This unique set is the Collector’s equivalent to capturing a Purple Unicorn. Stylish black lacquer Mahogany form with a stunning back detail accented with Mr. Taylor’s iconic interlocking ring motif, finished in gold leaf. Comfortable, sturdy and suitable for heavy regular use. Important chairs intended to anchor an important dining room. The unmistakable look of Old Money. The arm height is 26 inches.
